George has been an attorney in practice since 1981. His professional practice concentrates in the area of property and casualty insurance coverage issues -- including coverage opinions, representation of insurers and insureds in declaratory relief actions and the litigation of "bad faith" claims -- as well as civil appeals and writs, defense of professional liability cases and business litigation.
George is admitted to practice before all California state trial and appellate courts, as well as all four California districts of the United States District Court and the Ninth Circuit United States Court of Appeals.
