Rich Wickliffe has managed a team of fraud investigators for the U.S.’s largest property insurer for seventeen years. Based in South Florida, he’s immersed in one of the highest fraud areas in the U.S. His cases have involved human smuggling from Cuba, and theft rings orchestrated by organized crime and the Russian mafia. Rich enjoys presenting at conferences, attended by insurance professionals, Coast Guard, and has presented at the FBI’s “InfraGard” counterterrorism seminars. He’s been published in industry journals, including articles about cybercrime, contractor fraud, boat theft for smugglers and Russian mob schemes.

Ulises Castellon, has worked as a claims professional for over thirty five years.  In 1996, he associated with Fire Cause Analysis (FCA), a premier forensic investigation and engineering firm and is currently Chief Operating Officer. He is also the principal of a consulting business, ClaimsAnalysis.

Mr. Castellon earned his CPCU designation in 1989 and is a past president of the Sacramento Valley Chapter.  He regularly speaks to insurance industry groups on a variety of topics.  Ulises is bilingual and has acted as a media spokesperson for local news and information programs, including Spanish-speaking television.

George M. Wallace is a partner in the law firm of Wallace, Brown & Schwartz, which he co-founded in 1993. His practice concentrates on property-casualty insurance coverage issues, as well as on civil appellate matters, defense of professional liability cases and general business litigation. Wallace is a past president of both the San Gabriel Valley and Los Angeles CPCU Society chapters and currently chairs the Society’s CLEW Interest Group committee.
